Afefe spending the Xmas season in Holland. Afefe met kerstvakantie in Nederland.  

After a period of enduring pain, Lalla Sanyang (Afefe’s mum) underwent a successful surgey earlier this week. Her illness was life threatening, whereby the surgery became necessary. Recently 5 young men, aging from 5 till 24 years, joined the AlFra Foundation family. They include Abdou, Omar and Lamin Jallow (brothers of Ousman Jallow), Ebrima Sanyang (brother of Afefe) and Kalilou Ceesay. Today Omar took the plane back home at Amsterdam Airport./Vandaag vertrok Omar vanaf Schiphol naar huis. Surprisingly Landing left from Hilversum trainstation to his uncle in Braunschweig, Germany. His uncle (younger brother of his mum) lives there with his German wife and children. Due to a serious accident some 6 years ago, they had lost [...]

      Tonight we had a delicious farewell dinner with my sisters and their husbands. Everybody were waering their Gambian dresses. It was wonderful./Vanavond hadden we een heerlijk afscheidsdiner met mijn zussen en hun echtgenoten. Allemaal droegen we de Gambiaanse kleding die we van Omar hadden gekregen.
